Position Overview:

Reporting to Tronic’s CTO, our Sr. Full Stack Engineers play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our SaaS platform. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development and be passionate about crafting robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using a variety of tools and technologies.
• Work closely with our product team to design and implement new features.
• Build responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Design and implement API-driven backend services.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
• Proficient in server-side technologies such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of version control tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
