Job summary

Sharetec is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Digital team as a core full stack builder and technical owner. You’ll design, build, and maintain the Digital Banking platform serving credit unions and members, with a focus on modernization and API layer architecture.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership across frontend (React/TypeScript/Next.js) and backend (C#, ASP.NET Core), including mobile apps built with React Native.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with full stack ownership.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills, building production frontend apps.
• Experience shipping mobile apps (iOS/Android) via React Native.
• Backend proficiency in C# / ASP.NET Core and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Sharetec's Digital Banking web and mobile features.
• Lead technical design discussions for API integrations and modernization.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, and product teams in a remote-first environment.
• Ensure secure-by-default design and robust CI/CD automation.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
