Jobot is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale modern web applications across frontend and backend, with cloud-native architectures.

You will own API design, data modeling, and scalable systems in a fast-growing tech environment, with strong emphasis on performance, security, and DevOps practices. 100% remote work is supported with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of full stack software development experience.
• Strong backend in Python and frontend in JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web architectures.
• Cloud platforms and distributed systems experience.
• Familiar with DevOps and infrastructure as code concepts.
• Experience with AI development techniques.
• Good software design patterns, testing, and scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs and infrastructure layers.
• Develop backend services using Python and scalable API architectures (REST/GraphQL).
• Build modern frontend apps with JavaScript frameworks (React, Node).
• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP, including microservices and serverless.
• Collaborate with product, data and business teams to translate requirements into scalable tech.
• Lead technical design decisions for performance, scalability and security.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, tests and DevOps processes for high-quality releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
