Job summary

Jobot is hiring a .NET Developer to design, build, and refine a cloud-based SaaS platform. You will work remotely on scalable web applications using C# and .NET, collaborating with Product, QA, and Engineering to deliver new features.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional software development experience, strong REST API, SQL, and Git skills, and a track record of building robust backend services in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Experience developing web applications and backend services.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, business logic, and integrations.
• Develop new functionality for a large-scale SaaS platform.
• Work with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver features.
• Translate requirements into clean, production-ready code.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
• Contribute to modernization of the platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality and processes.
