Job summary

Jobot, in partnership with a well-funded startup, is hiring a Software Engineer to build full-stack applications across UI, backend services, and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

The role is remote and aligned to Central Time business hours. The anticipated annual salary range is $95,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and other factors, with potential equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure, including S3.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices.
• Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs with .NET/C#.
• Build full-stack apps from designs to responsive UI.
• Deploy/manage apps on AWS and Azure, including S3.
• Design and optimize SQL/PostgreSQL databases.
• Contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Use Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.
• Support QA and test automation; improve reliability.
• Clarify requirements with product/design; deliver aligned solutions.
