Job summary

Jobot is seeking a .NET Developer for a 100% remote role focused on a cloud-based SaaS platform. The candidate will contribute to a large-scale application, leverage C# and .NET, and own significant parts of the codebase.

The role targets professionals with 3-5 years of experience who thrive in a collaborative, fast-growing engineering environment and seek meaningful ownership over deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Proficient in Git and modern development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
• Build backend services, APIs, business logic, and integrations.
• Develop new functionality for a large-scale SaaS platform.
• Work with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver features.
• Translate requirements into clean, maintainable production code.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Contribute to modernization of the technology platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality and development processes.
