Job summary

Lokalise is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join an AI-native engineering culture focused on shipping high-quality software for global markets. You will own features across frontend and backend with a strong emphasis on customer impact and reliability.

You will collaborate with Product and Design, work in a Dockerized TypeScript environment, and contribute to performance, testing, and scalable architecture in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software across frontend and backend.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and working with cloud environments.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver customer impact.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and modern testing.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end to end from discovery to production and iteration.
• Build, test, and maintain features across the stack with scalable code.
• Develop frontend with React, TanStack Router, and modular-react; backend with Node.js, Fastify, Drizzle.
• Work in a Dockerized TypeScript environment with Vitest and Playwright for testing.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to focus on customer outcomes.
• Promote AI-native engineering and drive SDLC improvements.
• Participate in on-duty rotations to ensure service reliability and lead improvements.
• Mentor other engineers and champion engineering excellence.
