Job summary

Orum is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to own end-to-end features on the Dialer team, delivering scalable, real-time experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will work with Product Managers and Designers to ship high-impact features, leveraging Node.js, TypeScript, React, and related tech to improve connect rates and user outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with an RDBMS using SQL.
• Deep appreciation for simple, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Responsibilities

• Own core product features, from discovery to release and iteration.
• Design and build scalable, real-time systems with high-volume workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to shape and deliver intuitive experiences.
• Mentor and support teammates, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
• Help define and uphold coding standards to keep the codebase maintainable and scalable.
