Qualifications

• 5+ years of production, full-stack experience across frontend and backend.
• Strong React, Next.js and TypeScript skills.
• Backend experience with Kotlin/Java/Spring or similar.
• Experience building APIs and SQL databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of distributed, asynchronous, event-driven systems.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and containerized environments.
• Observability tooling experience (Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and agentic patterns.
• Experience with Kafka and event streaming.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with 3rd party integrations is a plus.
• Able to own the full software development lifecycle and drive technical decisions.
