Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and evolve the NBA platform's Action Library and Command Center, the operational system used by business and program teams to create, configure, govern, and publish member actions across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes hands-on front-end work with React/TypeScript, Node.js services, PostgreSQL data models, and Kafka-based integrations, collaborating with product and design to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience with strong React and TypeScript expertise.
• Experience building production-grade web applications using modern React architecture and component-based design patterns.
• Strong Node.js/TypeScript backend development experience building REST APIs and service-oriented applications.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Understanding of modern front-end architecture including state management, routing, accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Experience with API contracts, schema validation, and strongly typed development practices.
• Familiarity with containerized application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.
• Strong testing discipline, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing approaches.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams.
