Humana is seeking a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. This role provides technical leadership across the full stack and partners with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver secure, high-performing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years proven experience in a lead or senior full stack engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with: React, Next.js, TypeScript, C# / .NET, PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or modern service-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component design, state management, and responsive UI development.
• Strong understanding of back-end application design, service orchestration, and database design.
• Experience with testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, and PostgreSQL.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions across front-end and back-end systems.
• Partner with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
