Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Rails and React/TypeScript experience.
• Strong full-stack experience building/operating production web apps.
• Proficient in relational data modeling, PostgreSQL, SQL, indexing, migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of key features from discovery to release and iteration.
• Build backend services, APIs, and data models using Ruby on Rails.
• Develop responsive frontend in React and TypeScript.
• Learn and evolve platform workflows without disrupting services.
• Design and optimize relational data models, queries, and migrations in PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to search, filtering, reporting, and data-intensive workflows.
• Work with data pipelines and external data sources feeding core data stores.
• Write backend/frontend/integration tests and participate in code reviews.
