BairesDev is seeking a Rails Developer to lead full-stack engineering by owning the Rails backend and pairing with React or Vue frontend. You will connect server-side logic with interactive interfaces, delivering high-performance applications.

The role requires building RESTful APIs, optimizing PostgreSQL queries, and deploying to AWS. You will also write automated tests with RSpec and work on asynchronous processing to improve responsiveness.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Proven experience building full-stack apps with Rails backends and React frontends.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and ability to write automated tests with RSpec.
• Hands-on AWS deployment experience and asynchronous processing tasks.
• Familiarity with TypeScript in modern web frameworks.
• Excellent fluency in English.
