Job summary

BizzyCar, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to drive growth and innovation. You will build and optimize mobile and data-driven applications, balancing strategy with execution to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires shaping architecture, prioritizing development, and maintaining high quality. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to transform business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Angular (v17+, ideally Angular 20).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

• Full stack feature development using Rails APIs/services on the back end and Angular on the front end.
• Collaborate across multiple BUs (Recall, AI, Service Engine) and align with priorities.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to code review and testing standards.
