Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Python (FastAPI, Flask or similar) experience.
• 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with REST API design and development.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Applied experience with unit and integration testing.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end.
• Polish and English fluency (written & spoken).
• Flexibility with global/time-zone diverse team hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Flask/FastAPI) processing data from large-scale IoT devices.
• Design and develop REST APIs consumed by internal tools and customer-facing apps.
• Build and improve React/TypeScript frontend features.
• Write database queries to analyze feature usage and diagnose production issues.
• Develop deployment monitoring and diagnostics for global geographies.
• Create tools to access rich datasets across locations and formats.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure data persists in usable formats.
• Remotely debug customer issues across the full stack and propose solutions.
• Partner with product to shape user experience and bridge backend to frontend.
