Position: Backend-leaning Full Stack Software Engineer (Aera Projects); Full-time, $150k - 200k + large performance bonus (additional $33k-165k) + generous equity package
Company: Gauntlet helps DeFi protocols, DAOs and ecosystems manage risk through their suite of research, optimization and treasury management solutions. Gauntlet serves clients such as Uniswap, Aave, Maker, and Immutable and helps protect over $9 Billion in client assets. Aera Finance is Gauntlet’s on-chain treasury management protocol that helps DAOs generate yield on their treasury while remaining non-custodial, autonomous, and diversified.
Role: Gauntlet is looking for a Backend-leaning Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Aera team and build the next generation of on-chain treasury management solutions. You will develop, test, and maintain software for the Aera platform and help resolve and diagnose software defects to ensure optimal system performance. Ideal candidates for this role will have a genuine passion for crypto, enthusiasm to learn new things, and the ability to work autonomously through technical backlogs. To be successful, you will have to be extremely product and user experience focused - talking to customers/internal stakeholders and getting feedback is critical at Gauntlet’s lean engineering team. The ability to understand the bigger picture of how and why behind code decisions is also important for this team.
