TrueML Technology, LLC is seeking a Senior Engineer I for the Consumer Payment Portal. You will be a core architect of a high-concurrency, user-centric payment ecosystem, collaborating with UX and Payments teams to deliver a seamless front-end experience and robust back-end support.

You will lead flexible payment workflows, schedule models, and new integrations while maintaining code quality, debt management, and long-term technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep, hands-on proficiency in Golang and React.
• UX-Fluency with front-end engineering and user experience patterns.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Consumer Experience: design, build, and maintain a seamless front-end web experience for payments.
• Architect Modern Workflows: develop features including alternative payment integrations and flexible scheduling models.
• Own the Initiative Lifecycle: end-to-end ownership from scoping to production delivery and post-launch stewardship.
• Drive Technical Strategy: translate requirements into technical implementations for the engineering roadmap.
• Champion Engineering Excellence: write high-quality, maintainable code across streaming architectures and microservices.
• Conquer Technical Debt: identify and resolve structural inefficiencies in the codebase.
• Multiply Team Impact: mentor engineers and share knowledge to prevent burnout.
• Guard System Reliability: implement automated testing and participate in on-call to maintain uptime.
