Job summary

Arcessio in San Francisco is seeking a senior generalist who can own features end to end across the full stack, driving product velocity and delivering production-ready code weekly. You'll take ownership from concept to deployment, collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to define requirements, and help shape the roadmap while maintaining speed in a lean startup environment.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
In San Francisco, in person - 3-4 days/week at our co-working space (Friday remote optional).
Startup-pace mindset prioritizes product velocity over stability.
Strong CS fundamentals - data structures, algorithms, systems design.
Ability to debug and identify root causes without over-relying on AI.
Sound judgment with AI tooling to go faster without over-reliance.

Responsibilities

Build, harden, and deploy features across the entire stack.
Take ownership of features from start to finish and help elsewhere when needed.
Help shape and execute the product roadmap and contribute to product intuition.
Work closely with engineers and interface with the business to understand requirements.
Help define our engineering process as we grow, shipping to production weekly.
