Progressive Life is seeking a senior full stack developer (Node/React) to build and scale our life insurance applications. You’ll work within a cross-functional team delivering features, writing tests, and maintaining documentation.

You’ll collaborate with designers, product strategists, test engineers, and vendors, while aligning with Agile delivery and Scrum practices at Progressive Life. Hybrid role at headquarters in Mayfield Village, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field with 4+ years designing, programming, and supporting software.
• Alternatively, high school diploma or GED with 6+ years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale life insurance applications within a cross-functional team.
• Provide creative direction and problem-solving across project life cycles.
• Develop features using Node/React, write unit tests, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with designers, UX, product strategists, test engineers, and vendors for shared product understanding.
