Progressive Insurance is seeking a senior full stack developer specializing in Node and React for Progressive Life. You will join a cross-functional team to build, scale, and maintain life insurance applications, delivering features with unit tests and documentation.

Work will involve collaborating with designers, product strategists, QA, and vendors, aligning with Agile delivery and Scrum practices across teams at the Mayfield Village campus. Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale life insurance applications within a cross-functional team.
• Develop features, refactor, maintain codebase, write unit tests and documentation.
• Collaborate with designers, UX, product strategists, test engineers and vendors; promote Agile practices.
