Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant application development experience required; 6 years preferred.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, web applications, APIs, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions preferred.
• Hands-on experience with modern development technologies, preferably including .NET, Node.js, React, TypeScript or JavaScript, SQL, and API development.
• Experience working across multiple projects and technologies in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and modern cloud or container-based application architecture.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools or agentic development approaches preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, document, maintain, and enhance complex web-based applications, integrations, APIs, workflows, and components.
• Build maintainable solutions using .NET, Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Design and support containerized architectures, data models, transformations, integrations, and connections to enterprise systems, databases, files, and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, identify risks, recommend solutions, and help establish development standards.
• Perform unit testing and contribute to test planning, implementation, upgrades, production support, and documentation.
• Monitor application performance and reliability, troubleshoot complex issues.
• Estimate project effort, define tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, evaluate options, and demonstrate functionality.
• Utilize AI-assisted development approaches and agentic coding frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.
