Job summary

CapTech is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Stack or Java, including building and consuming RESTful APIs and implementing microservice architectures.

You will work with AI agents, diverse toolsets, and cloud deployments while collaborating with clients and internal teams. CapTech offers extensive learning opportunities, competitive benefits, and a focus on scalable, well-documented code.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Stack OR Java
• Experience building RESTful APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
• Strong DB design with SQL Server and NoSQL in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience with AI agents development and AI toolsets
• Familiar with source control (Git) and collaborative workflows
• Knowledge of multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and enterprise integration challenges
• Understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and optimization
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders clearly
• Commitment to learning and professional development paths
