Job summary

CapTech in Columbus, OH seeks a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications on the Microsoft Stack or Java. You will create and consume RESTful APIs, design robust databases, and work with AI toolsets and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Stack OR Java.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI.
• Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience with AI development and AI toolsets.
• Experience with AI orchestration.
• Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and enterprise integration challenges.
• Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
