Job summary

Neuberger's Marketing Technology group seeks an AVP-level Full Stack Solution Engineer/Developer to support a hybrid CMS-to-headless platform. You will own front-end and back-end services, bridging legacy and modern systems while supporting production operations in a global footprint.

Responsibilities include React/Next.js UI, Node.js APIs, Sitecore configuration, and production monitoring with Splunk/Datadog in a multi-region setup.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional full stack web development experience across front-end and back-end.
• Hands-on Sitecore experience, including ASP.NET MVC/headful development and converting mockups to production code.
• Experience with GraphQL and building REST/GraphQL APIs, including authentication/authorization and BFF patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive front-end components using React/Next.js and translate design specs to production code.
• Configure Sitecore items and content structures.
• Design and implement backend services/APIs with Node.js (REST/GraphQL) and BFF layers.
• Work with Docker-based environments and SQL databases for data access and troubleshooting.
• Manage integrations (analytics, tagging, third-party tools) and global multi-region site operations.
• Define NFRs and monitor health with Splunk, Datadog, and other APM tools.
