Job summary

Neuberger's Marketing Technology group seeks an AVP-level Full Stack Solution Engineer/Developer to support a hybrid platform spanning a traditional CMS and a modern headless marketing site. The candidate must excel in both front-end and back-end development, design, build, and own services end-to-end, and bridge legacy and modern systems as the team deepens headless expertise.

The role requires experience with site integrations, multi-region operations, bot/security handling, and production

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional full stack web development experience across front-end and back-end.
• Hands-on Sitecore experience including ASP.NET MVC/headful development.
• Experience with GraphQL and designing/building Node.js REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Bot detection/mitigation (CDN/edge middleware) experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL/relational databases and Docker-based development.
• Experience with analytics/tags/3rd-party tools and multi-region websites.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain front-end components using React/Next.js/TypeScript/HTML/SCSS.
• Configure and author Sitecore items and content structures.
• Design and build Node.js backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL) and BFF layers.
• Work in Docker environments and with SQL databases for data access.
• Manage website integrations, bot detection, and global site operations.
• Define NFRs and monitor production health with Splunk/Datadog.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and participate in Agile ceremonies.
