Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks a technically strong Full Stack Engineer Manager to bridge advisory, product engineering, and hands-on delivery. You will architect and deploy production-grade solutions for digital trust, privacy, and AI governance across client environments, aligning business needs with scalable tech implementations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering/IT/cybersecurity.
• 7+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures.
• 7+ years building production-grade solutions using Python/Java/Node.js and cloud platforms with containers and CI/CD.
• 1+ year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or prod settings.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives and policy expectations into technical architectures and backlogs.
• Lead the design, development, integration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of production-grade solutions.
• Build APIs, automations, dashboards, and governance-embedded deployment workflows.
• Prototype with clients and internal experts to validate approaches and shape solutions.
• Manage delivery scope, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop reusable accelerators and best practices.
