Job summary

AMP (An NCS Company) in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with extensive React experience to lead and mentor teams across the full stack, from database to user interface.

This in-person role requires three days per week in our Atlanta office with flexible support as needed; we do not sponsor work visas.

You will design scalable architectures, collaborate with product and design teams, and contribute to cutting-edge car-wash software solutions as part of National Carwash Solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in full-stack development and architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of React and React Native.
• Strong proficiency with C# and .NET Core.
• Extensive experience with SQL and database design.
• Experience with cloud services (preferably Azure).
• Strong understanding of API design and REST principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Proven track record of leading complex feature implementations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural decisions and technical direction across the full technology stack.
• Design and implement scalable end-to-end solutions.
• Establish and maintain coding standards and best practices for both frontend and backend.
• Architect database schemas and API designs.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements.
