Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Team Lead for Full Stack Engineering (React + .NET) to steer a team building mission-critical payment and billing solutions. This player-coach role combines hands-on development with architecture ownership and delivery accountability.

You will mentor engineers, own technical roadmaps, and drive API design, cloud adoption, and system modernization while collaborating with Product and cross-functional teams. Remote-EST work is supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full stack expertise in React, TypeScript, .NET, and C#.
• 2+ years leading engineers as a Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or Technical Lead.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server databases, and cloud-based applications in Azure (or AWS).
• Proven experience owning delivery, architecture decisions, code quality, and stakeholder communication for engineering teams.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full stack engineers and QA professionals while fostering strong engineering practices and code quality standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React, TypeScript, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and cloud technologies.
• Own technical roadmap planning, system architecture, modernization initiatives, API design, and delivery execution.
• Drive the reliability and accuracy of payment, billing, payout, and reconciliation systems while supporting integrations with payment processors and financial platforms.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions while promoting adoption of AI-powered development tools and best practices.
