The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software engineering, expert Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, Azure), and strong React/TypeScript experience, plus proven leadership and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience deploying applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Ownership of architecture and execution with minimal direction.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving projects forward.
• Collaborates across teams and stakeholders.
• Depth in Microsoft technologies and full stack delivery.
• Proven history delivering enterprise-grade software in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade full stack applications.
• Own technical initiatives from requirements gathering through production implementation.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions using Microsoft technologies and React.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET and C#.
• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, queries, and data models for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver business value.
• Mentor developers by promoting engineering best practices, clean code principles, and high-quality software delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, DevOps practices, and Agile ceremonies.
