Summary: Our client, a leading organization in the utilities industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for designing, building, and enhancing enterprise-scale applications. This individual will play a key role in delivering modern, cloud-based solutions that support critical business operations. This is not a traditional development role. We are looking for a highly accomplished engineer who can independently lead technical initiatives from concept through production, make sound architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality software with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative Agile environment, communicates effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, and takes ownership of delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and application lifecycle management
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Can independently lead complex technical initiatives from inception through successful delivery
• Requires minimal direction while consistently delivering high-quality solutions
• Demonstrates ownership of architecture, technical decisions, and execution

• Brings exceptional depth in Microsoft technologies while remaining hands-on across the full application stack

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
