Job summary

NaviStone in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver high-quality software. You will use TypeScript, React, and Node.js to contribute to innovative engineering solutions and support the company’s growth.

The role is hybrid, with in-office presence required 2 days per week, and a focus on architecture ownership and mentorship across teams. A CS degree and 8+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience building web applications with TS, React and Node.js.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience owning architecture and deploying to AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in design and implementation of major software components with high availability.
• Mentor and sponsor team members; perform code and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with engineering managers to guide solutions.
• Own architecture of systems, deployment, and operations in AWS.
• Apply best practices to design, implement, and support software products.
• Lead by example and drive engineering decisions.
