Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Java development (Java 8+).
• Strong experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on Angular and TypeScript on production web applications.
• Solid SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience with Gradle and Jenkins.
• Version control with GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Experience with JUnit / Mockito and automated testing.
• Ability to write documentation that explains technical solutions.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support enterprise model-analytics technology at a leading financial services organization focused on housing finance and mortgage portfolio analytics.

You will work with Finance business partners to design and deliver a web application that supports model analytics for a large mortgage portfolio. This is a hands‑on delivery role: Java / Spring Boot on the back end, Angular on the front end, and close partnership with business and technology teams.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack features for a Finance web application supporting mortgage portfolio model analytics.
• Build and maintain Java services using Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Develop Angular / TypeScript front-end components that are secure, responsive, and production‑ready.
