Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Digital Experiences Technology division in Westlake, TX. You will architect, build, test, and deliver features that enhance digital experiences while providing leadership and mentoring to the team in an agile environment.

This role requires hands-on development across Java EE, Spring Boot, Angular 14+, and JavaScript, with a focus on scalable web applications.

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Digital Experiences Technology division. You will architect, build, test, and deliver features that enhance digital experiences while providing leadership and mentoring to the team. You will collaborate in an agile environment to deliver best-in-class web applications and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative solutions that provide a seamless customer experience.
• Support and collaborate with an agile team to deliver best-in-class web applications.
• Coordinate with collaborators to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.

Experience Requirements

• More than 6 years of comprehensive software engineering experience, preferably within financial services.
• Proficiency across server-side technologies such as Java EE and Spring Boot and client-side technologies including Angular 14+ and JavaScript.
• Experience decomposing complex business problems into efficient and scalable solutions.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a commitment to growth and learning.
• Ability to communicate technical needs to non-technical team members.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture and orchestration frameworks such as Apache Camel.
• Plus: DevOps concepts across SCM, CI, monitoring, and deployment processes.
• Plus: Client-side unit testing with Jasmine and Karma.
• Plus: Docker containerization and AWS cloud deployment.
• Plus: Implementation of W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
• Plus: Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.

Education Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
