Job summary

First American (India) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II — Full Stack to design, build, test, and deliver web apps using .NET Core, TypeScript, React.js and modern microservices in an Agile environment. You will own domains, drive technical direction, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product, Architect, and PM to ship scalable solutions.

Strong knowledge of AWS, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenAPI, and CI/CD pipelines is expected to ensure production

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience on production systems with domain ownership and multi-component initiatives
• Strong knowledge of modern web technologies and architectural patterns

Responsibilities

• Design and implement web-based applications using .NET Core, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks
• Own domain components, drive technical direction, and deliver durable improvements
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers to improve quality
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and PM to align roadmaps and outcomes
• Ensure production readiness with CI/CD, testing, and observability practices
• Develop and maintain microservices and event-driven architectures using Kafka
