Qualifications

• 12+ years with Microsoft tech including C# and .NET
• 6+ years with microservices and event-driven architecture
• 8+ years with modern UI frameworks (React or Angular)
• 5+ years with AWS and cloud services
• 1+ years of GenAI technologies including LLM tuning and RAG

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for projects.
• Lead the adoption and integration of new technologies and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; coordinate with PMs.
• Review code for quality, performance, security and adherence to standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and design decisions.
• Analyze and optimize system performance and scale as needed.
