Job summary

Flock Safety is seeking a full‑stack engineer to design and scale the platforms for onboarding, identity management, and privacy controls. You will build intuitive web apps, robust APIs, and secure backend services, using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.

Expect complex SQL tasks and containerized deployments to Kubernetes via Helm on AWS. Ideal candidates have strong experience with TS/Node/React, relational data modeling, and cloud services such as AWS S3, API Gateway, and SQS.

Qualifications

• Experience building modern web apps and APIs with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience containerizing apps with Docker and deploying to Kubernetes via Helm.
• Familiarity with AWS services: S3, API Gateway, and SQS.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale core platform engines for onboarding, identity, and privacy controls.
• Develop end-to-end web apps and APIs with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Design scalable data models and write complex SQL for mission-critical workflows.
• Package as Docker containers and deploy microservices on Kubernetes via Helm.
• Address authentication, authorization, and data security challenges.
