Job summary

Flock is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact product team in San Francisco. You will work across the stack—frontend, backend, data, infra, and AI—building a 10x version of Flock and driving growth through automated tools and AI-powered features.

The role emphasizes ownership, rapid iteration, and data-driven decisions. Expect collaboration with Design, Ops, and multiple business units, with in-person work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience building and delivering production-quality software systems.
• Experience with AI tools and agents as part of product development.
• Proven ability to ship features end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build across the stack: design, ship, and iterate on platforms and tools powering the Exchange and Fund.
• Own features end-to-end from MVP to production, collaborating with Design and Ops.
• Shape the roadmap and influence major product and engineering decisions in a small team.
• Build tooling for Acquisitions, Operations, and Asset Management to accelerate workflows.
• Set engineering standards, processes, and culture to scale as the company grows.
• Develop AI infrastructure to enable company-wide ideation and product evolution.
