Odyssey in New York City (Tribeca, hybrid) is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build the core technology of our ESA and school-choice platform. You will work across the stack on eligibility, ledgers, and a marketplace that handles tuition and payments.

We seek someone with 8+ years in software development, strong TypeScript, Agile, and startup experience, capable of delivering 0-1 products from conception to production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable apps.
• Strong Agile practices and adaptability to evolving projects.
• Experience with early or mid-stage startups and growth dynamics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across the stack from ideation to deployment.
• Build and ship 0-1 products and systems that scale.
• Architect and develop frontend UI and APIs for the platform.
• Design scalable data models and robust test strategies.
• Collaborate with product and design to bridge gaps and ship quickly.
• Maintain production systems with monitoring and iterative improvement.
