Job summary

This hybrid role requires in-person work 3 days a week at our Newton, MA headquarters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, own frontend and backend delivery, and contribute to design reviews; salary ranges from $115,000 to $151,000.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of development experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science; 3 years of related experience allowed in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on development for web and mobile initiatives.
- Develop front-end and back-end for web/mobile apps with hybrid teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Document technical requirements and specifications for Web/Mobile apps.
- Review and approve technical designs and methods.
- Communicate project status to leadership.
- Deliver engaging demos tailored to audiences.
