Bright Horizons is seeking a Manager, Software Development to lead our development team in Newton, MA. The role requires hands-on expertise in Azure/AWS cloud services, .NET/Java/Node.js, and Angular/React front-ends, plus software architecture and team leadership.

This hybrid position requires onsite presence three days a week in Newton. You will mentor developers, drive architecture decisions, ensure code quality, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of application development and management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with Agile/DevOps familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a software development and architecture team.
