Job summary

Catch Talent is partnering with a high-growth startup to find a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead web and mobile development. You’ll work across the stack from React/React Native front-ends to Node.js services on AWS, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-performance health benefits platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, strong React/React Native (Expo) skills, and proven backend API work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in React and React Native, including Expo.
• Hands-on experience building backend services with Node.js and RESTful or tRPC APIs.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with app store deployment processes for both iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship scalable features end-to-end using React, React Native, Expo, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services deployed on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the web and mobile applications.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for a fast, seamless user experience.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation across the stack.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development and health care tech.
