Catch Talent is partnering with a high-growth startup to find a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead web and mobile development. You’ll work across the stack from React/React Native front-ends to Node.js services on AWS, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-performance health benefits platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, strong React/React Native (Expo) skills, and proven backend API work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in React and React Native, including Expo.
• Hands-on experience building backend services with Node.js and RESTful or tRPC APIs.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with app store deployment processes for both iOS and Android.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help lead the development of their web and mobile platform. You will build across the stack, from React and React Native front-ends to Node.js services running on AWS. As a core team member, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to ship high-performance, user-friendly applications that revolutionize the health benefits experience. • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for health care technology and improving people's lives through innovation.
• Eligibility to work in the US for any employer (sponsorship is not available).
• Willingness and ability to work onsite daily, from our client's Charleston,SC office.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with Postgres and MongoDB.
• Experience in health care or benefits-related projects.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and security best practices.
• Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Experience with serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway) or infrastructure as code.
