Job summary

Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care, and is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own the main product surface end to end. You will work in a single monorepo using Vue 3 and TypeScript on the frontend, with Express and MongoDB on the backend.

You'll move across the stack, design contract-first APIs, model clinical and revenue cycle data, and ship features from spec to production while supporting them in production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web apps with 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Strong TypeScript across the stack.
• Hands-on with Vue or React.
• Backend experience with Node, Express, MongoDB/Mongoose.
• Knowledge of query optimization and scalable schemas.
• Experience moving health data between systems (HL7, FHIR).

Responsibilities

• Build screens against our internal component library.
• Design and implement API routes contract-first with shared schemas.
• Model clinical and revenue cycle data in MongoDB.
• Work inside shared TypeScript packages used by all apps.
• Take features from spec to production and support them live.
• Work across the full revenue cycle from pre-visit to payment.
• Integrate with client EHRs and external systems.
