We value collaboration across engineering, product, design, and game studios, and expect comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid iteration using AI coding tools. The US base salary ranges from $196,000 to $220,500 plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript/React, Elixir, or Rust and a willingness to learn others.
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and game studios.
• Comfort with experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools is a plus.
