Job summary

Press Ganey, a leading provider of experience measurement and analytics, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a frontend and mobile focus to join our team in Utah. You will develop full-stack features using .NET Core, and contribute to frontend work with Angular or React, while collaborating across IT and business groups.

You will mentor developers, participate in planning and releases, ensure code quality, and support ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years in mobile-responsive web development using Angular and React.
• Experience with front-end technologies (Angular/React, JavaScript, CSS).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SDLC leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance full-stack features using .NET Core.
• Design front-end enhancements and fixes with minimal guidance.
• Participate in iteration and release planning and reviews.
• Mentor other developers on standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to coordinate efforts.
• Provide documentation and support for deployments and maintenance.
