Job summary

Press Ganey Associates LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Clinical Solutions to design and implement front‑end and full‑stack enhancements. You will participate in release planning, follow standards, and mentor teammates while coordinating with IT and business teams.

The role requires strong C#/.NET Core expertise, Angular/React frontend skills, API development, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and SQL Server. Excellent communication and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• AI-driven planning, development, and testing familiarity with models, tools and techniques.
• Strong software engineering skills on the C#/.NET Core platform.
• Web and mobile responsive front‑end technologies including Angular/React, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with JSON and API development methodologies.
• Experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.
• Experience in CI/CD preferred; GitLab experience highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, specifically with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with test‑driven development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Thorough understanding of data structures and object‑oriented techniques.
• Knowledge of basic statistics
• Project task multi‑tasking and prioritization, individual time management.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable broad‑based work experience is required.
• Advanced training or certification in software design/development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software front‑end and full‑stack application enhancements and maintenance.
• Participate in iteration and release planning.
• Adhere to core design and testing principles.
• Understand and interpret detailed technical specifications.
• Follow and update design specifications as needed.
• Learn and follow standards, processes, and procedures.
• Author supporting documentation.
• Prepare own work for inclusion in the release/deployment management process.
• Participate in peer technical reviews.
• Troubleshoot identified problems and provide support and follow‑up for issues.
• Complete assigned design tasks within the time allotted.
• Mentor software developers and ensure high quality of work performed by team members.
• Coordinate with other IT and business teams.
• Train developers on standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support software applications, coordinate issue resolution process, and provide follow‑up for issues.
