Cohere is a security-first enterprise AI company building cutting-edge models and end-to-end products for real-world business problems. We are looking for engineers to build features for North, our AI workspace platform, and to develop autonomous agents that safely handle enterprise data.

In this role you will write minimal, efficient code for low-resource environments, collaborating with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art techniques while operating in a remote-friendly,

In this role, you will:

• Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform

You may be a good fit if:

• Have shipped (lots of) fullstack code (Python and React) in production
• You excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target
• You’ve worked in both large enterprises and startups
• You have strong coding abilities and are comfortable working across the stack.
• You’re able to read and understand, and even fix issues outside of the main code base
• You have built and deployed extremely performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users.
• Bonus: You love art and have an eye for design and a creative mindset - A plus, if you have a portfolio, GitHub or other showcases of your projects.
