Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead advanced end-to-end development across multiple initiatives. You will shape solution approaches, design APIs, and ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across front-end and back-end components.

You will mentor engineers, improve engineering practices with automation and CI/CD, and communicate complex architectural options to cross-functional stakeholders, including vendors and partners when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in cloud platforms, systems architecture, Agile, DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads advanced full-stack engineering methods and standards to deliver complex end-to-end solutions.
• Analyzes full-stack requirements, front-end and back-end capabilities, and tradeoffs to shape solution approaches.
• Guides key full-stack engineering areas and capabilities with limited oversight to ensure aligned delivery across teams.
• Improves full-stack processes, development practices, and technical standards through automation, reusable patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and API standards.
• Builds team capability by mentoring full-stack engineers and strengthening code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Monitors application outcomes, delivery risks, performance signals, and integration health to sustain progress across initiatives.
