Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads advanced full-stack engineering methods, frameworks, and standards to deliver complex end-to-end solutions across multiple initiatives.
• Analyzes full-stack application requirements, front-end and back-end capabilities, internal and external drivers, constraints, and tradeoffs to shape solution approaches.
• Communicates complex architectural options, API design decisions, database considerations, sequencing decisions, operating constraints, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Guides key full-stack engineering areas or capability components by organizing work with limited oversight and driving aligned delivery.
• Improves full-stack engineering processes, development practices, and technical standards through automation, reusable patterns, CI/CD pipelines, API standards, and operating methods.
• Builds team capability by mentoring full-stack engineers across levels and strengthening code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Monitors domain-level outcomes, delivery risks, performance signals, and integration health to identify issues and sustain progress across multiple initiatives.
