Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience across UI, API and data layers.
• Strong front-end experience with React or Angular; data-intensive web apps.
• 7+ years scripting in Python or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Experience integrating with back-end services and databases; REST API design.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering efforts addressing clinical, operational, and strategic priorities.
• Participate in full development lifecycle: estimation, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and ideate software solutions.
• Develop and maintain core API services and integrations with front-end clients and third parties.
• Mentor staff on problem solving and knowledge transfer; ensure quality, testing, and security.
